over 40 years. Lived in Solomons for nearly 25 years. Served as President of both the local chapter and state level of the Maryland Saltwater Sport-fisherman's Association (MSSA), and has served for three years as Maryland's Commissioner to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC).
