Capt. Dawson is licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard and holds a 50 Ton Masters License with towing endorsement which allows him to carry passengers up to 200 miles out into the ocean. Capt. Dawson has lived his entire life on the Chesapeake Bay and is the fourth generation in his family to work its waters. He has been fishing the Chesapeake for more than 30 years both commercially and for recreation and his only goal is to make your day a memorable one by finding you the big ones you're after. When he is not taking out parties, he spends his time fishing so he can stay current on all the hot spots to assure you the best possible trip available. Capt. Dawson is a meber of the Solomons Charter Captains Association, Maryland Charter Boat Association, Maryland Watermans Association, the National Charter Operators Association and the Maryland Saltwater Sportfishermans Association.
