Captain Rob Goddard is a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Master and a member of both the Maryland Charter Boat Association and the St. Mary’s County Charter Captains Association. Having been born and raised along the Chesapeake Bay and worked on the water both commercially and recreationally. He is very knowledgeable not only on how to fish but, where and when for best success. Captain Rob has been fishing out of NAS Patuxent River since 2004. |
